We brought Edith in to perform a talent assessment of the entire organization. It was the first time the organization had gone through this type of exercise. She did a wonderful job bringing our managers along through the entire assessment process and helped them see the benefit of going through this exercise.

Edith has an approach that is uncomplicated and easy to follow. The managers really liked Edith’s approach and continue to use the tools that were provided. She is very intuitive and really understands the challenges in your organization and offers effective solutions to help managers execute their plans.
