Edith is the Managing Partner for NextBridge Consulting, and a widely recognized consultant, speaker, and author. She has over 25 years of experience facilitating leadership programs, including thousands of hours of live, on-line sessions

  • Author of multiple Harvard Business Review articles, including “5 Ways to Help Your Team Be Open to Change.” She is also the author of the Marshall Goldsmith endorsed book “Getting Real: Strategies for Leadership.”

  • Edith started her career with Accenture, and has held leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, Bank of Boston, and Bridge Avenue Partners.

  • She designs programs that are pragmatic, energizing, and full of “a-ha” moments. Leaders will go back to their jobs armed with the knowledge and tools to confidently apply what they’ve learned.
